BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Product Availability All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured onsite in our Lyndhurst, NJ, facility. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on backorder, please call us; we can tell you when the item will be available. Because the jewelry is made here in our facility, there may be a 1–4 week delay before the piece can be shipped. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some may appear larger or smaller in our photographs than their actual sizes; additionally, because every computer monitor has different settings, size may vary slightly from reality due to those settings. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece, based on our manufacturing specifications. In addition, it’s important to note that the colors you see on your screen may not be true to life and some gemstones can appear darker or lighter in images. Returns & Exchanges JewelOnFire is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of the merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase for any reason at all, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back, free of charge, for a refund or exchange. LIFETIME Warranty If something is wrong with the item you ordered due to faulty workmanship, we will take care of fixing or replacing it for free. That being said, precious metals do erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, or if a resizing is required, repairs can be made in house by our expert staff for a fee. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the level of work required. Any work performed by a jeweler other than JewelOnFire automatically voids the warranty. Please note: This warranty is not the same thing as insurance and does not constitute any of the same guarantees that an insurance policy would. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the JewelOnFire warranty. |
